Task: Develop a comprehensive media kit and establish clear brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all internal and external marketing and communications materials.
Action: I created a structured media kit that included unifying company and product details while also designing detailed brand guidelines covering logo usage, typography, color palettes and visual standards.
Result: As a result, the brand achieved a more professional and consistent presentation, improving credibility and making it easier to convey company and product referencing standards to external audiences.

Situation: A strategic technology partnership required coordinated communications to announce the use of advanced CFD software in Red Bull Powertrains’ 2026 Formula 1 engine development.
Task: Responsible for developing clear and compelling messaging to showcase the partnership’s technical value and innovation impact.
Action: Created structured communications materials that explained the collaboration, highlighted simulation-driven engineering advantages, and reinforced brand positioning around performance engineering and sustainable technology.
Result: This press release increased industry visibility, generated media coverage, strengthened brand credibility through association with a leading Formula 1 powertrain program and supported marketing and stakeholder engagement objectives. This release was picked up by 241 outlets.

Situation: The external newsletter had an outdated design and inconsistent branding, resulting in low engagement and limited effectiveness as a communication tool.
Task: I was responsible for redesigning the newsletter to improve visual appeal, strengthen brand consistency, and increase reader engagement through skimmable but relevant information.
Action: I redesigned the layout with the help of the design team using brand guidelines, improved content hierarchy for readability, introducing stronger visuals and calls-to-action, and optimized the format for both desktop and mobile viewing.
Result: The redesigned newsletter improved visual consistency, readability, and communication effectiiveness, resulting in stronger audience engagement increasing open rate by 18% and click rate by 40%.

Situation: As a relatively new organization, we needed effective marketing collateral to communicate key products and services at industry tradeshows.
Task: I was responsible for developing professional sell sheets that clearly communicated product value, technical capabilities, and key differentiators to prospective customers.
Action: I collaborated with our technical support and sales teams to gather product information to translate complex details into clear marketing messages, and designed visually engaging sell sheets aligned with brand guidelines to support booth conversations and lead generation.
Result: The sell sheets improved product communication at tradeshows, supported sales discussions, and helped strengthen the company’s professional presence with prospects and industry stakeholders. Digital versions were also created for easy QR code scanning.
